Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be incurred from 2 weeks prior to the event.

The fee is 3,000 yen per person per day, and 100% will be charged only on the day of arrival.

  Please note that cancellation fees will apply even for last minute reservations.

There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel due to traffic disruptions caused by heavy snow, or ski resort closures caused by light snow.

Free drinks are available in the dining room during your stay.

Coffee, black tea, green tea, cocoa *All are hot.

A pot of hot water is permanently available in the cafeteria on the first floor.

parking

There is parking space for about 6 to 7 cars.

Also, only one vehicle is allowed per group. If there are multiple vehicles, we ask that all vehicles from the second onwards be parked in the Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort parking lot.

Please be sure to leave your car keys at the front desk.

After check-out, you can leave your car with us until 6:00 p.m. After that, a fee will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building, including guest rooms, restrooms, entrance area, and parking lot.
 

Smoke detectors are installed and will activate if triggered.
 

Disposing of cigarette butts in trash cans can cause fires, so please take them home with you.

Cooking is prohibited in guest rooms.

To prevent fire hazards and the transfer of odors to the guest rooms, cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Please refrain from bringing in or using portable gas stoves, electric griddles, electric hot pots, or similar appliances.

Other notes

There is no child rate. A flat rate applies for all children aged 0 and above.

Luggage storage and changing on the day of your stay is available from 7am.
*Please note that you may have to wait a little while as breakfast is being prepared.

After check-out, you can store your luggage and change clothes until 6:00 p.m.
