Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be incurred from 2 weeks prior to the event.

The fee is 3,000 yen per person per day, and 100% will be charged only on the day of arrival.

  Please note that cancellation fees will apply even for last minute reservations.

There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel due to traffic disruptions caused by heavy snow, or ski resort closures caused by light snow.

Free drinks are available in the dining room during your stay.

Coffee, black tea, green tea, cocoa *All are hot.

A pot of hot water is permanently available in the cafeteria on the first floor.

parking

There is parking space for about 6 to 7 cars.

Also, only one vehicle is allowed per group. If there are multiple vehicles, we ask that all vehicles from the second onwards be parked in the Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort parking lot.

Please be sure to leave your car keys at the front desk.

After check-out, you can leave your car with us until 6:00 p.m. After that, a fee will be charged.

Other notes

There is no child rate. A flat rate applies for all children aged 0 and above.

Luggage storage and changing on the day of your stay is available from 7am.
*Please note that you may have to wait a little while as breakfast is being prepared.

After check-out, you can store your luggage and change clothes until 6:00 p.m.
